“Polish Day in Sapporo”
(the fourth of the series of Polish Days in Japan by PCCIJ)
On February 5th, 2010 (Friday) we held the fourth of the series of Polish Days in Japan.
This time it was in Sapporo at the SHERATON SAPPORO Hotel, the first time it was held outside Tokyo.
Unique Polish & Japanese fusion style food was served – one of the key dishes served was “Polandon” (= “Poland” + “don”).

* * * Second Day in Sapporo * * *
On February 6, 2010 the Polish Embassy and it’s Trade and Investment Promotion Section organized a full Polish Day at the Sapporo Snow Festival. The program included two fashion shows (12:30 and 17:30), piano recital of Fryderyk Chopin’s music, presentation by the Ambassador of Poland and show of a Polish movie. It was attended by many visitors.
